"Despite claims of neutrality, recently leaked emails show the Democratic National Committee was putting its thumb on the scale for Hillary Clinton for over a year.
When it was revealed that “Guccifer 2.0” (named after Romanian hacker Guccifer, who confessed to hacking into Hillary Clinton’s private email server multiple times) hacked the DNC’s servers, the main story was about leaked opposition research on Donald Trump. But on the same site Guccifer published the Trump research, “2016 GOP presidential candidates,” there were also DNC talking points suggesting the party’s central organization had been working since May of 2015 to make Hillary Clinton the nominee.
The DNC was diligently cleaning up Clinton’s record, using “specific hits to muddy the waters around ethics, transparency, and campaign finance attacks on HRC.”​===============

"We contend that it is not, and suggest an explanation for the advantage: States that are at risk for election fraud in 2016 systematically and overwhelmingly favor Secretary Clinton. We provide converging evidence for this claim.
First, we show that it is possible to detect irregularities in the 2016 Democratic Primaries by comparing the states that have hard paper evidence of all the placed votes to states that do not have this hard paper evidence. Second, we compare the final results in 2016 to the discrepant exit polls.
Furthermore, we show that no such irregularities occurred in the 2008 competitive election cycle involving Secretary Clinton against President Obama.
As such, we find that in states wherein voting fraud has the highest potential to occur, systematic efforts may have taken place to provide Secretary Clinton with an exaggerated margin of support."

But the story is not that Sanders supporters are unruly because Sanders has whipped them into a frenzy over “allegations” of a rigged primary process. It is not that they lack education about the process. Sanders supporters understand very well how the process works and what kind of candidate is supposed to make it to the end. Real and actual evidence of a rigged primary is what fuels such discontent.
The following individuals are unelected, Clinton-supporting superdelegates who simultaneously work in the lobbying industry:
  • Jeff Berman, well-known for his delegate-strategy work in the past, is being paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign to organize her delegate-counting effort while himself being a superdelegate. A “top lobbyist” at Bryan Cave LLP, Berman previously worked as a lobbyist for the private prison company Geo Group and as a lobbyist helping TransCanada build support for the Keystone XL.
  • Bill Shaheen is one of the six New Hampshire superdelegates to endorse Clinton. Shaheen is a prolific party fundraiser, and his law firm is registered to lobby local officials in the state. The most recently available lobbying records show that Shaheen’s firm is registered to lobby on behalf of the American Council of Life Insurers and PainCare Centers, among other clients. PainCare has faced increasing scrutiny as local officials have noted that eight of the 10 most prolific opioid prescribers in New Hampshire’s Medicaid program worked for PainCare. The flood of prescription painkillers has fueled the heroin epidemic in the region, as four out of five heroin addicts report beginning their drug habit with opioids. Bill is the husband of Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H.
  • Joanne Dowdell, another New Hampshire superdelegate, is the senior vice president for global government affairs at News Corporation, the parent company of Fox News. Federal Election Commission reports show Dowdell has contributed directly to multiple Democrats as well as to the News Corp PAC, a company committee that splits its donations between lawmakers of both parties. The News Corp government affairs division works to lobby public officials and regulators.
  • Superdelegates Jill Alper, Minyon Moore, and Maria Cardona are officials at Dewey Square Group, a lobbying firm that is closely affiliated with the Clinton campaign and retained by the Clinton-supporting Super PACs Priorities USA Action and Correct the Record. Alper and Moore are Clinton advisers who have raised over $100,000 for her campaign. Dewey Square Group, as we’ve reported, was retained by the health insurance industry to undermine health reform efforts in 2009, including proposals to change Medicare Advantage. The firm has previously worked to influence policy on behalf of Enron, Countrywide, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, the U.S. Telecom Association and News Corporation.
  • Jennifer Cunningham is the managing director of SKDKnickerbocker, a political consulting firm that provides a variety of services, including advertising and direct lobbying of public officials. In recent years, SKDKnickerbocker helped a coalition of corporate clients lobby the Obama administration on a tax cut for overseas earnings; lobbied for weakened rules governing for-profit colleges; and helped a food industry group undermine Michelle Obama’s nutrition guidelines for foods marketed to children. Recent records show that the firm is providing consulting work for Independence USA PAC, the Super PAC backed by billionaire Michael Bloomberg.
  • Tonio Burgos, a fundraiser for Clinton, is a lobbyist registered to influence New York City officials. Burgos’ current client list includes Verizon, Pfizer, and American Airlines.
  • Emily Giske, also a lobbyist in New York City, is registered to work on behalf of Airbnb, Yum Brands (the parent company of Taco Bell), Pfizer, and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, a trade group for Wall Street firms such as Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, and Bank of America.

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders on Tuesday comforted an independent voter who can't cast a ballot in New York's Democratic primary.
“Right now I’m doing everything I can to get my vote casted for him,” the man told ABC News upon encountering the Vermont senator in New York City’s Times Square. "I can sign a court order, an affidavit, whatever I need to do, and I’m going to do that. But it shouldn’t be this hard to vote.”

When Ely arrived to headquarters on Sunday morning, March 20 about 8:45 a.m., volunteers were being told they could no longer use the electronic get out the vote (GOTV) app they’d been using on their phones to help with door to door canvassing. Paper print outs were to be used exclusively instead. Campaign workers were tight-lipped about the reason for the switch. Ely made inquiries until another volunteer whispered that “apparently Bernie’s list has been hacked.” -----------------------------
Five Fast Facts and other tales of woe
Bernie Sanders supporters are questioning the results of the Arizona primary, after rumors of potential election fraud started circulating. Reduced numbers of polling stations in Maricopa County resulted in long lines that may have prevented some people from being able to vote. In addition, there were concerns that some Democrats were reclassified as Republicans or Independents, forcing them to vote provisionally or not have their vote count at all. Bernie Sanders addressed the issue in a press conference on Wednesday, calling the long lines and 5-hour waits a “disgrace.” Meanwhile, the mayor of Phoenix has requested an investigation and a public hearing about the primary will be held on Monday. Early reports of problems in Arizona
During last night’s primary, Arizona election officials showed America what textbook voter suppression looks like. While Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump both won their respective primaries, the lingering questions of voter disenfranchisement will mar those victories.

Some Arizona Democrats Report Being Unable To Vote Due To Inaccurate Party Registration
Democrats in Maricopa County Arizona have reported being unable to vote after being told at the polls that they were registered as Independents, Republicans, or Libertarians. The Democrats hold a closed primary in Arizona, meaning registered Independents can’t vote for a Democratic candidate.
A party spokesperson said more than 20 voters had called, and that the Arizona Democratic Party is investigating the matter.-----------------------------
"Aracely Calderon, a naturalized citizen from Guatemala, arrived just before the polls closed at 7 pm in downtown Phoenix to vote in Arizona’s primary last night. “When Calderon arrived, the line spanned more than 700 people and almost 4 blocks,” the Arizona Republic reported. She waited in line for five hours, becoming the last voter in the state to cast a ballot at 12:12 am. “I’m here to exercise my right to vote,” she said shortly before midnight, explaining why she stayed in line.""When New Times stopped by a downtown Phoenix polling location at 9:20 p.m., the line to vote still was  more than two blocks long. We witnessed a woman near the end of the line overhear the news that Clinton won Arizona:
“What?” she said. “Who declared that? We’re still waiting to vote.”

"OUTRIGHT VOTER FRAUD!! Okay Everyone! I posted earlier about my being denied my legal right to vote this morning. I went to the Pima County Recorders office and video taped the whole thing. Here's what they are doing. They are copying voter registration cards changing the date and the party preference. They can't change the original because that goes out to the party. At first she tried to say I sent in a second voter registration card (of course I didn't not) then she changes her story to its a computer glitch then states it's an error."

Published on Mar 23, 2016Again, at a different poll, I was told I was not recognized under any party, that they submitted my petition after the deadline. When I had called many times to verify I would be able to vote March 22nd. Now I know the dates I can vote, and August is not one of them. They told me this at the other voting poll as well, that I would be able to vote in August, lies. And so as you see in the video I am not the only one, anither voter had the same problem. You can see this lady with glasses, the one in charge nervous, biting her nails, showing ticks, you can judge for yourself.
At the 704-746-9120 number, a Bernie hotline, it is reported that they said that for Arizona voter suppression:
  • IF you have proof of changing your registration to Democrat, show that and ask to speak to an election official at your polling place.
  • Insist on a regular ballot.
  • If it comes down to NO ballot or a provisional ballot, use the provisional ballot.
  • If you don't have proof of your registration as a Democrat to show, request--and insist on-- a provisional ballot.
  • The Bernie campaign is working on making sure those provisional ballots get counted, she said!
  • AFTER you vote--or if you do not receive a provisional ballot in spite of your insistence, call 704-746-9120, Bernie's Arizona hotline so they can document your vote, as well as the Arizona state elections office, at (602) 542-2228!
  • If you go the route of a provisional ballot, please let the Bernie camp know that you filed a provisional ballot. Provide your name and address, so the Bernie camp can follow up on it.

Missouri

In Missouri you can clearly see the effects of anti-democratic practices: "On the Democratic side, Clinton also leads Sanders by 0.2 percent, and they are separated by about 1,500 votes. . . . Clinton has been awarded 43 of the 84 total delegates, while Sanders has received 32."

Lawsuit Filed over Voter Suppression in Ohio
​More voter suppression - this time in Ohio. There is a reason they don't want young people to vote - Everyone knows that a younger a person is, the more likely it is that they will vote for Bernie. ~ Dr. P-J

"In Ohio, 17-year-olds who will be 18 by the time of the general election are permitted to vote in primary elections.
But, according to a directive from Secretary of State Jon Husted, that option won’t be available for those who want to vote for president in this year’s primary on March 15."

Florida

Waiting in a long line in order to vote is a classic voter suppression tactic, along with running out of ballots. The most vulnerable voters (people who  have never voted before, people who have left work to vote or brought small children with them, people with mobility issues, sick people) are more likely to give up and go home when faced with hours of waiting in line, or waiting for a ballot to be delivered to the polling place. And the most vulnerable voters are those who have the most to gain by and are the most likely to be voting for Bernie Sanders and other progressive / anti-status quo candidates.

Multiple callers at Plainfield Township precinct No. 3 -- the Ambrose Ridge Apartments -- told WZZM that Democratic ballots have run out. There was some sort of miscommunication between the Kent County clerk's office and this particular precinct, reports WZZM's David Bailey. Democratic ballots destined for this precinct were sent to another by mistake, an official said.
They were without ballots for about two hours, and people were turned away.
​FLINT (WJRT) - (03/08/16) - ABC12 is getting reports some Flint precincts have run low or out of ballots for the Presidential Primary.
Before the election, the Genesee County clerk was predicting a higher than normal turnout following the Democratic debate between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders in Flint on Sunday.

Poll Watching at a Virginia Precinct on March 1, 2016

Rich and I concurred that the focus of the volunteers was to assure that eligible voters had access to a ballot. They did so with respect and patience and worked an extremely long day, from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm.
Virginia laws create obstacles that some voters cannot negotiate. Requiring that a voter leave and go to another precinct because the state redistricted and moved the voter into a new district was the most aggression example. This was not a local election, it was a primary for the national office of president. Voters without cars, i.e. people of the lowest economic status, are the most challenged by this kind of voter suppression. People of color are disproportionately represented in the lowest income groups, therefore such restrictions to access to voting are racist. Other difficulties in voting to "being at the wrong place" are noted below.
Other states have less restrictive voting access and higher turn-out. One example is Oregon, where voting is by mail.

Observations
  • Generally Chief of Elections at this precinct was interested in registering the maximum number of Voters and did not appear to turn voters away. She appeared to have good command of situation and good rapport with voters and informative to authorized representatives.
  • 20+ Provisional voters whose registration was updated which were allowed to vote provisionally if there precinct was nearby (e.g. Culpepper registered voter was not allowed to vote provisionally). Votes may be counted based on decisions by Elections Board in Fredericksburg Registrar's Office on Friday 3/5/16.
Reasons for Provisional Ballots
  1. Precincts recently changed in Fredericksburg and voter came to 201 and actually should have voted in the other Fredericksburg precinct. These provisionals should be approved if in same city and congressional districts
  2. Photo id problems-No photo id and voters referred to Registrar's Office to get free photo id prior to 3/5/16@noon and provisional could be approved
  3. Moved from Stafford/ Spotsylvania to Fredericksburg and still registered in Stafford/Spotsylvania (may be counted depending on date of move and if congressional district and city/county did not change)
  4. Not listed on electronic role on Precinct 201, state reported voter given notice of new registration but voter stated he did not receive the notice.
  5. Voter is in correct precinct according to their address but electronic role shows them to be in another precinct

The Clinton campaign pulled out all the crooked tricks in their grotesque and Nixon-like attempt to strong arm the Clark County Democratic Convention (CCDP) in Nevada. Nevada's most populous county was the site of calculate voter oppression on caucus day, as casino workers (mostly poor people of color) were given paid time off to attend caucus at the casinos where the worked, while the watchful eyes of their supervisors/Clinton supporters monitored their public decisions about who they supported. But things got even crazier on April 3, 2016.
"On the day of the actual convention, the CCDP pulled out all the stops to prevent credential committee chair Christine Kramar from participating, even calling the police to remove her from the premises. That was when all four members of the credentials committee, including the two delegates for Hillary Clinton, linked arms and sat down in the middle of the convention floor in solidarity with Kramar.
“They told her she was trespassing, even though she’s the credentials chair and an elected delegate,” said credentials committee member Angie Sullivan. “We stood up to them and said, you’re not going to do this.”

Millions of Bernie Sanders’ donors may now have legal recourse against the Democratic primaries they saw as rigged.
Beck & Lee Trial Lawyers, a civil litigation firm based in Miami, Florida, is announcing the filing of a class action lawsuit against the DNC early next week, alleging fraud and collusion with the Hillary Clinton campaign. While roughly one hundred people have officially signed on as plaintiffs, partner Jared Beck told US Uncut that thousands of requests for legal paperwork have come in within the last 48 hours.
“Signed agreements are coming in steadily and we continue to get new requests by the minute,” Beck said.
Anyone who donated to the DNC after Bernie Sanders entered the race for the Democratic nomination, either directly or indirectly through third-party payment platforms like ActBlue, is eligible to join the lawsuit, along with anyone who donated to Bernie Sanders’ campaign throughout the course of the primaries and caucuses.
