An Associated Press review of the official calendar Hillary Clinton kept as secretary of state identified at least 75 meetings with longtime political donors, Clinton Foundation contributors and corporate and other outside interests that were not recorded or omitted the names of those she met. The fuller details of those meetings were included in files the State Department turned over to AP after it sued the government in federal court.
The missing entries raise new questions about how Clinton and her inner circle handled government records documenting her State Department tenure — in this case, why the official chronology of her four-year term does not closely mirror the other, more detailed records of her daily meetings.=====================

As the WSJ writes, the 2011 and 2012 emails were sent via the “low side’’—government slang for a computer system for unclassified matters—as part of a secret arrangement that gave the State Department more of a voice in whether a Central Intelligence Agency drone strike went ahead, "according to congressional and law-enforcement officials briefed on the Federal Bureau of Investigation probe." Note the last and recall that two months ago we noted that according to Chuck Grassley, an FBI "source" may leak what the FBI has uncovered so far, to wit:
“Is there going to be political interference? If there’s enough evidence to prosecute, will there be political interference?” Grassley wondered aloud on Friday. "And if there’s political interference, then I assume that somebody in the FBI is going to leak these reports and it’s either going to have an effect politically or it’s going to lead to prosecution if there’s enough evidence."
It appears that this is precisely what may have happened, and the "source" used the WSJ as the distribution platform. And now that we (don't) know the "who", here is the "what."

Hillary Clinton defended her email practices as secretary of state on Thursday, saying the rules that governed its use were hardly a "model of clarity." "I thought it was allowed. I knew past secretaries of state used personal email," she told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on "The Situation Room, saying the rules were only recently improved.
Clinton's campaign was rocked this week by a State Department Inspector General report released Wednesday that found she failed to follow the rules or inform key department staff regarding her use of a private email server.
The report, which was provided to lawmakers, said, "At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."

A tech advisor servicing the Clinton private email system reportedly notified Clinton’s staff that someone was trying and then had possibly “attacked” her server. In the report, Clinton also complained about receiving suspicious emails. Auditors found that she may have violated procedure by not notifying the proper security personnel about the emails. The OIG’s report seems to contradict what presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton told NBC’s Andrea Mitchell in a recent interview about whether there was any “indication she had been hacked.”====================

The Source Document from the Office of the Inspector General states "Two staff in S/ES-IRM reported to OIG that, in late 2010, they each discussed their concerns about Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal email account in separate meetings with the then-Director of S/ES-IRM. In one meeting, one staff member raised concerns that information sent and received on Secretary Clinton’s account could contain Federal records that needed to be preserved in order to satisfy Federal record keeping requirements.
According to the staff member, the Director stated that the Secretary’s personal system had been reviewed and approved by Department legal staff and that the matter was not to be discussed any further. As previously noted, OIG found no evidence that staff in the Office of the Legal Adviser reviewed or approved Secretary Clinton’s personal system. According to the other S/ES-IRM staff member who raised concerns about the server, the Director stated that the mission of S/ES-IRM is to support the Secretary and instructed the staff never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again."=========================

A long-awaited State Department inspector general report on the impact of personal email use on recordkeeping at State was released to lawmakers on Wednesday, and concluded that Clinton violated the agency's records rules. And as many Americans prepare for the traditional Memorial Day kickoff to the summer season, longtime Clinton aide Cheryl Mills is scheduled to sit for a sworn deposition Friday in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought by the conservative group Judicial Watch.
Mills’ testimony would be the first known time a member of Clinton’s inner circle has been questioned under oath in the email controversy. Another top Clinton aide, Huma Abedin, is set to testify next month. And Clinton herself is awaiting a judge's ruling on whether she should be required to give a deposition.
No matter how that comes out, Clinton also faces an ongoing FBI investigation into the email set up. Some of her aides have already been questioned. The Source Document from the Office of the Inspector General states "Two staff in S/ES-IRM reported to OIG that, in late 2010, they each discussed their concerns about Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal email account in separate meetings with the then-Director of S/ES-IRM. In one meeting, one staff member raised concerns that information sent and received on Secretary Clinton’s account could contain Federal records that needed to be preserved in order to satisfy Federal record keeping requirements.
According to the staff member, the Director stated that the Secretary’s personal system had been reviewed and approved by Department legal staff and that the matter was not to be discussed any further. As previously noted, OIG found no evidence that staff in the Office of the Legal Adviser reviewed or approved Secretary Clinton’s personal system. According to the other S/ES-IRM staff member who raised concerns about the server, the Director stated that the mission of S/ES-IRM is to support the Secretary and instructed the staff never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again."=========================

In an absolutely shocking event yesterday, almost all of the major Bernie Sanders supporter Facebook groups were REMOVED from the social media platform. They were gone all within a short timeframe. Groups like Bernie Sanders is My HERO, Bernie Believers, all the ones familiar to many Facebook using Sanders supporters- all of them were gone. These groups include hundreds of thousands of members, and are major hubs for Sanders campaign activities.================
According to eyewitness reports, the pages were flooded with pornographic images in what appeared to be coordinated fashion and then flagged for obscene content, prompting Facebook to remove them.
"We had what looked like a kiddie porn posted in one of our groups today,” said Sanders supporter Erica Libenow, according to Heavy.com.
A Facebook spokesman confirmed to The Hill that a number of pro-Sanders groups as well as other pages "were inaccessible for a brief period" due to the company's automated policies being "applied incorrectly."================

Morality in the Democratic Presidential Debate of April 14, 2016

In last night’s debate, Bernie Sanders again demonstrated his basic decency and goodness in contrast to Hillary Clinton, who exposed that at the core of her being, she lacks of humanity and character.
The first example was Clinton’s willingness to use the victims of Sandy Hook to magnify a claimed difference between herself and Sanders over gun control. Clinton’s argument was a logistically flawed plea to emotions – that victims should be able to sue gun manufacturers and sellers when the use of their product causes mayhem. There was no claim that the products worked incorrectly or were defective – the products, in fact, worked exactly as intended. Do we sue the people who bring us bacon and cheese for our heart attacks? Do we sue car manufacturers and sellers when someone intentionally runs over a pedestrian? The suggestion that the Sandy Hook victims will find justice in a courtroom by suing gun manufacturers shows utter contempt for these tragic souls, and Clinton shows us that she is a heartless manipulator for doing so.
In the second case, Clinton spoke at length about the right of Israel to protect itself from terrorist attacks while avoiding mentioning the moral responsibility to support the right of Palestinians to a decent life. She appeared to conflated poverty stricken victims of a violent struggle with the armed militants who bring misery to both Israel and the Palestinians. By the time she first used the word “Palestinian” in her response, her time was up. Eventually, she got around to claiming to be their advocate, but her position was clear; the Palestinians’ right to exist is a minor concern compared to the right of Israel to exist. They are not equally human.
Clinton likes to present herself as willing to make the hard choices but in her calculus the concerns of those with the least power and privilege do not rise to the same level of concern as those she considers important. Sandy Hook victims were handy tools to sand blast a political opponent and Palestinians were conflated scapegoats.
Bernie Sanders, on the other hand, brings dignity and humanity to his reckoning, offering us a president who exercises good judgment and moral reasoning as the base of decisions upon which depend justice and injustice.

An Op-ed by an Independent about Why He Won't Vote for Hillary OR Donald
As for me, as an independent, who do I plan on voting for president? I can’t tell you who I will vote for, I can only tell you who I will not vote for. I will not vote for Trump or Clinton. And I believe plenty of independents, as well as the previously mentioned majority of Sanders supporters, have ruled out The Donald and Hillary, as I have.
Distrust in the nomination process will cause low voter turnout on the Democratic side, and the excitement of Trump among Republicans will give him the presidency. I need a bumper sticker that reads: “Support Hillary Clinton if you want a Donald Trump presidency.”

Hillary Clinton’s email scandal is one of the most important, yet undiscussed issues of the 2016 election.
How can that be a case of retroactive, over-classification? The Inspector General took on this attack directly in a released memo.

Ms. Monsanto is like someone's mom: "Don't talk to me with that tone, young man" Or what? Taking the car keys? Critique of Bernie's "tone" from the most tone-deaf campaign in modern times? I think I’ll stay “where the boys are” ‘cuz I’d rather #berninhell than support the oligarchy with my vote.
2) Gendered Income Inequality inside the Oligarchy?
Barbara Streisand tweeted on March 28: “What’s the issue about Secretary @HillaryClinton getting $225k a speech when Pres Bush 41/43 got $1m/Trump $1.25. OK for men but not women?” This proxy attempt to frame the former first lady as the victim of income inequality is bizarre. Babs might as well take out a billboard in Times Square that proclaims, “I’m a member of the oligarchy!”
Boy am I tired of being told that I am not a good feminist if I don’t unilaterally vote for the woman who is running for president, regardless of disagreements I might have with her policy stands, say fracking and the death penalty. If we wymyn have to vote with/by/for our lady parts - we should have voted for Sarah Palin when we had the chance. Who knew?
3) A Manufactured Crisis?
There a new push by Clintonistas to take over twitter with a new hashtag: #manufacturedcrisis. The tweets I’ve seen so far include one that disrespects the young woman who challenged Ms. Monsanto at a fund raiser. The young #blacklivesmatter advocate paid $500 to attend and then unfurled a sign about “bring them to heel” and made comments about “super-predators” before she was removed. Trying to reframe this as a manufactured crisis seems like a waste of time. That ship has sailed.
This foray into twitter is ill-advised. They are attempting to change the minds of the unpersuadable. They should go back to what they do best – cheating in elections. Go manipulate people in homes for the developmentally challenged and seniors into voting early and then suppress the votes of the young and the poor who can’t wait in 3 hour lines to vote.
Here is a #manufacturedcrisis for you – the 2008 financial meltdown that cost millions of Americans their homes and retirement savings was a crisis manufactured by the oligarchy. They have looted our economy with impunity since the Clinton years made things easier for them, but those days will soon be over. The revolution has begun.

Federal prosecutors investigating the possible mishandling of classified materials on Hillary Clinton’s private email server have begun the process of setting up formal interviews with some of her longtime and closest aides, according to two people familiar with the probe, an indication that the inquiry is moving into its final phases.
Those interviews and the final review of the case, however, could still take many weeks, all but guaranteeing that the investigation will continue to dog Clinton’s presidential campaign through most, if not all, of the remaining presidential primaries.
No dates have been set for questioning the advisors, but a federal prosecutor in recent weeks has called their lawyers to alert them that he would soon be doing so, the sources said. Prosecutors also are expected to seek an interview with Clinton herself, though the timing remains unclear. (March 27, 2016)

The FBI submitted a classified declaration to a federal court judge late Friday explaining details about the bureau's "pending investigation" into the use of a private email server by Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton. The declaration addresses why the FBI can't publicly release any records about its probe in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by VICE News.
In a separate public declaration, David Hardy, the chief of the FBI's FOIA office, said there are a number of documents exchanged between the FBI and the State Department relating to the FBI's ongoing investigation of Clinton's use of a private email server, which stored all of the official government emails Clinton sent and received during her tenure as Secretary of State. But the FBI, which consulted with attorneys within its Office of General Counsel "who are providing legal support to the pending investigation," cannot divulge any of them without "adversely affecting" the integrity of its investigation.
Some of the documents at issue concern "server equipment and related devices obtained from former Secretary Clinton," Hardy said. The documents "consist of memoranda from the FBI to the Department of State regarding evidence. The purpose of these communications with the Department of State was to solicit assistance in furtherance of the FBI's investigation." (March 26, 2016)
