The Washington Post by Chris Cillizza 6/28/16 "Revelations like Monday's — a chunk of previously undisclosed emails that are clearly professional in nature — lend further doubt to the story Clinton had told about why she set up a private server and how she handled it after leaving office. For a candidate already struggling to convince voters she is honest and trustworthy enough to be president, stories like this one are deeply problematic."
WASHINGTON (AP) by Stephen Braun 6/24/16 An Associated Press review of the official calendar Hillary Clinton kept as secretary of state identified at least 75 meetings with longtime political donors, Clinton Foundation contributors and corporate and other outside interests that were not recorded or omitted the names of those she met. The fuller details of those meetings were included in files the State Department turned over to AP after it sued the government in federal court. The missing entries raise new questions about how Clinton and her inner circle handled government records documenting her State Department tenure — in this case, why the official chronology of her four-year term does not closely mirror the other, more detailed records of her daily meetings.
===================== CNBC-Cybersecurity 6/22/16 State Department staffers wrestled for weeks in December 2010 over a serious technical problem with then-Secretary Hillary Clinton's home email server, causing them to temporarily disable security features that left the server more vulnerable to hackers, according to emails released Wednesday. Just weeks later, according to previously disclosed emails, hackers attacked the server, forcing Clinton's staff to shut it down. The next day, one of Clinton's closest aides, Huma Abedin, wrote to other high ranking staff: "Don't email hrc (Clinton) anything sensitive. I can explain more in person."
Zero Hedge by Tyler Durden 6/10/16 The ongoing criminal probe surrounding Hillary's email server has been marked by opacity and lack of virtually any disclosure, not to mention a major turf war between the FBI and the DOJ, which is why many were surprised when overnight the WSJ revealed that at the center of the probe over Hillary's handling of classified information are a series of emails between American diplomats in Islamabad and their superiors in Washington about whether to oppose specific drone strikes in Pakistan. As the WSJ writes, the 2011 and 2012 emails were sent via the “low side’’—government slang for a computer system for unclassified matters—as part of a secret arrangement that gave the State Department more of a voice in whether a Central Intelligence Agency drone strike went ahead, "according to congressional and law-enforcement officials briefed on the Federal Bureau of Investigation probe." Note the last and recall that two months ago we noted that according to Chuck Grassley, an FBI "source" may leak what the FBI has uncovered so far, to wit: “Is there going to be political interference? If there’s enough evidence to prosecute, will there be political interference?” Grassley wondered aloud on Friday. "And if there’s political interference, then I assume that somebody in the FBI is going to leak these reports and it’s either going to have an effect politically or it’s going to lead to prosecution if there’s enough evidence." It appears that this is precisely what may have happened, and the "source" used the WSJ as the distribution platform. And now that we (don't) know the "who", here is the "what."
================= ABC News by Matthew Mosk, Brina Ross, and Cho Park 6/10/15 Newly released State Department emails help reveal how a major Clinton Foundation donor was placed on a sensitive government intelligence advisory board even though he had no obvious experience in the field, a decision that appeared to baffle the department’s professional staff. The emails further reveal how, after inquiries from ABC News, the Clinton staff sought to “protect the name” of the Secretary, “stall” the ABC News reporter and ultimately accept the resignation of the donor just two days later.

FOIA Requests About Her Email Stalled at State As the election season accelerates, requests for public information from the State Department surrounding communications from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have hit speed bumps. A review of publicly available records requests from users of the transparency site MuckRock shows that inquiries related to the Democratic presidential nominee are more likely to be delayed until after the election than other requests to the State Department.
Mainstream Media USA Today Editorial 6/1/16 A new report by State's inspector general makes clear that within two years, Clinton's bad decision had turned into something far worse: a threat to national security, one that she repeatedly ignored despite multiple warnings.
Non-Mainstream Media InfoWars by Kurt Nimmo 6/1/16 WikiLeaks cable shows Clinton willfully abused confidential documents: The latest excuse offered by Clinton is that she unknowingly violated federal regulations and did not deliberately remove confidential data in order to send it through her unsecured server. The above tweet reveals beyond a doubt Clinton is lying.
======================== TruthDig by Alexander Reed Kelly5/27/16 At the heart of this story is an inconsistency between the standards that Clinton and the Obama administration have applied to others accused of mishandling sensitive material—think of whistleblowers Edward Snowden, John Kiriakou, Thomas Drake, William Binney and Chelsea Manning—and the standards to which she has held herself. If they faced prosecution by the Justice Department, why shouldn’t she? Are voters comfortable with someone who blithely embraces this double standard becoming president? The rebuke from some of the news media’s biggest supporters of Clinton came as a new poll found Sen. Bernie Sanders gaining on Clinton among Californians likely to vote in the upcoming June 7 primary. The New York Times reported Thursday: The poll, released Wednesday night by the Public Policy Institute of California, showed Mrs. Clinton leading Mr. Sanders among likely voters, 46 percent to 44 percent — within the margin of error. A survey by the organization in March found Mrs. Clinton with a lead of 48 percent to 41 percent over Mr. Sanders.
Non-Mainstream Media Law Newz by Dan Metcalfe 5/29/16 "For those of us who recognized from the outset that Ms. Clinton’s exclusive use of a personal email system for all her official business (not to mention her unprecedented use of a private server atop that) was a clear violation of the Federal Records Act (FRA), the findings of the State Department’s Inspector General (“IG”) to that effect in his May 25 report were no surprise. In fact, on the admitted facts of the case, no other conclusion was possible, and it was simply another shoe waiting to be dropped.”
Mainstream Media MSNBC News Video =~ 5/31/16 "Are we supposed to believe any of this?" "It feels like she's laying straight out." There are so many inconsistencies."
==================== New York Times by Alicia Parlapiano 5/27/16 January 2009 Mrs. Clinton becomes secretary of state and begins using [email protected], an email account housed on a private server. At the time, the State Department's policy stated that "normal day-to-day operations" were to be conducted on an authorized system. October 2009 Federal record-keeping guidelines for the use of personal accounts are tightened, requiring that any such records be preserved in federal systems. September 2012 A United States diplomatic outpost and a C.I.A. facility in Benghazi, Libya, are attacked. Four Americans are killed. December 2012 The chairman of the House Oversight Committee asks Mrs. Clinton in a letter if she has used a private email account. She does not reply. The State Department later responds, without answering the question. February 2013 Mrs. Clinton leaves office. Four months later, State Department staff members reviewing the Benghazi attacks discover correspondence, for the first time, between her private email account and the government accounts of her immediate staff.

==================== Daily Beast 7/28/15 Among the hundreds of emails released by the State Department from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private account, there is a conspicuous two-month gap. So far, there are no emails between Clinton and her State Department staff during May and June 2012, a period of escalating violence in Libya leading up to the September 11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi that left four Americans dead
What is this, the "Bozo Defense"? Hillary Clinton defended her email practices as secretary of state on Thursday, saying the rules that governed its use were hardly a "model of clarity." "I thought it was allowed. I knew past secretaries of state used personal email," she told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on "The Situation Room, saying the rules were only recently improved. Clinton's campaign was rocked this week by a State Department Inspector General report released Wednesday that found she failed to follow the rules or inform key department staff regarding her use of a private email server. The report, which was provided to lawmakers, said, "At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."
More on the Email Scandal A tech advisor servicing the Clinton private email system reportedly notified Clinton’s staff that someone was trying and then had possibly “attacked” her server. In the report, Clinton also complained about receiving suspicious emails. Auditors found that she may have violated procedure by not notifying the proper security personnel about the emails. The OIG’s report seems to contradict what presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton told NBC’s Andrea Mitchell in a recent interview about whether there was any “indication she had been hacked.”
==================== Hillary Clinton’s efforts to move on from a damaging email controversy suffered their biggest setback yet on Wednesday with the release of an internal report finding she broke multiple government rules by using a private server rather than more secure official communication systems. The 78-page investigation by the inspector general of the state department singled out several previously unknown breaches by Clinton while she was secretary of state, including the use of mobile devices to conduct official business without checking whether they posed a security risk.
Rules? What rules? The Source Document from the Office of the Inspector General states "Two staff in S/ES-IRM reported to OIG that, in late 2010, they each discussed their concerns about Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal email account in separate meetings with the then-Director of S/ES-IRM. In one meeting, one staff member raised concerns that information sent and received on Secretary Clinton’s account could contain Federal records that needed to be preserved in order to satisfy Federal record keeping requirements. According to the staff member, the Director stated that the Secretary’s personal system had been reviewed and approved by Department legal staff and that the matter was not to be discussed any further. As previously noted, OIG found no evidence that staff in the Office of the Legal Adviser reviewed or approved Secretary Clinton’s personal system. According to the other S/ES-IRM staff member who raised concerns about the server, the Director stated that the mission of S/ES-IRM is to support the Secretary and instructed the staff never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again."
========================= The State Department's inspector general found that Hillary Clinton did not comply with the agency's policies on records in her use of private email while US secretary of state, and she also declined to be interviewed for an investigation into the matter, according to a report delivered to US lawmakers on Wednesday.
========================= Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton violated federal records rules through her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, a State Department audit has concluded. “At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department issues before leaving government service,” says an audit by the State Department Inspector General, obtained by NBC News.
========================= A long-awaited State Department inspector general report on the impact of personal email use on recordkeeping at State was released to lawmakers on Wednesday, and concluded that Clinton violated the agency's records rules. And as many Americans prepare for the traditional Memorial Day kickoff to the summer season, longtime Clinton aide Cheryl Mills is scheduled to sit for a sworn deposition Friday in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought by the conservative group Judicial Watch. Mills’ testimony would be the first known time a member of Clinton’s inner circle has been questioned under oath in the email controversy. Another top Clinton aide, Huma Abedin, is set to testify next month. And Clinton herself is awaiting a judge's ruling on whether she should be required to give a deposition. No matter how that comes out, Clinton also faces an ongoing FBI investigation into the email set up. Some of her aides have already been questioned. She's expressed a willingness to sit down with investigators — something they're expected to take her up on in the next few weeks. Unless it takes place in complete secrecy, such a session would be the highest-profile legal spectacle the former first lady has faced since she testified 20 years ago before a federal grand jury investigating the disappearance and reappearance of Whitewater billing records.

Politico by Katy O'Donnell 06/17/16 "The Clinton Foundation, a sprawling $2 billion enterprise that has given the Clinton family a public platform and burnished former President Bill Clinton's legacy, has accepted money from corporations, business leaders and foreign governments, including Saudi Arabia. U.S. ethics laws weren’t written to account for a commander in chief with such far-reaching interests. Unlike most other federal officials, presidents and vice presidents aren’t subject to conflict-of-interest prohibitions. Americans will have to trust Trump or Clinton to do the right thing, since neither would be bound by law. Trump’s and Clinton’s plans to let their children run the family brands do little to allay ethicists' concerns. “We’re very pleased that both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have strong daughters that they trust, but we don’t think that this is the way [it] should be handled, because it isn’t really a separation of the leader from their personal, financial interests,” said Susan Lerner, executive director of Common Cause. The situation is “unprecedented,” said Craig Holman, the government affairs lobbyist for Public Citizen, a nonpartisan watchdog group. “We’ve had wealthy presidents before, John Kennedy and others, but their wealth was mostly domestic. When it comes to Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, both have become tied to foreign governments and foreign companies,” Holman said."

Mainstream Media Former president Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation’s Global Initiative are being hosted this week at a five-star luxury hotel in Morocco by one of the world's most controversial mining companies, criticized for "serious human rights violations" by the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice. The Moroccan government-owned mining company OCP operates in disputed international territory in a remote part of the Saharan Desert and the firm has been criticized for removing the resources without adequately compensating the impoverished people who live there. “Any time the human rights of a population are systematically suppressed in this type of way it's a serious concern, and I think it's worthy of attention,” said David McKean, who has studied the issue for the RFK center.
Takin' that Oil Money and then claiming: “I’m so sick—I’m so sick of the Sanders campaign lying about me.” Exxon "gave the Clinton Global Initiative between $1 and $5 million, according to Clinton Foundation’s publicly available numbers. Their willingness to take oil money has drawn unstinted criticism from activists, who hold the foundation legitimizes Exxon and other cohorts by essentially selling them good PR. “It green-washes them, especially with the trouble that Exxon is having now with all of its past history coming to light—showing that they’ve known about climate change for decades,” said Wenonah Hauter, the executive director of consumer rights group Food & Water Watch, an offshoot of Public Citizen. “Take a hard look at the Clinton Foundation and how they’ve addressed climate change; . . . it leads to some skepticism about the sincerity of really dealing with these problems.”

AMYGOODMAN: As the Democratic race between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders heats up ahead of the California primary on June 7th, we turn to look at Hillary Clinton’s ties to Goldman Sachs. The Wall Street giant paid Clinton $675,000 in 2013 to give three speeches. But so far Hillary Clinton has rejected calls to release the speech transcripts. Well, now questions have come up about ties between Goldman Sachs and another member of the Clinton family: Hillary’s son-in-law Marc Mezvinsky. He worked at Goldman for eight years, then formed a hedge fund in part with help from Goldman CEO Lloyd Blankfein. During a San Francisco campaign rally last Thursday, Lee Fang of The Intercept tried to ask Hillary Clinton about this.
Lincoln Chafee went on the record with these remarks: "It’s a long record going back over decades of questionable ethical practices. People groan when I bring up Whitewater and all these things, the Rose Law Firm records; it seems like it never stops. Now, we are into the tenure of secretary of State and the emails and of course the Clinton Foundation donations at the same time the State Department is making critical decisions, combined with some of those donations by the Clinton Foundation. It’s just too close and too many ethical questions. Over my 30-year record in public office, I’ve never had any ethical questions about my behavior." (Washington Post ~ June 5, 2015)
A Take on the Differences Between the Two Democratic Candidates for President The author writes: "time is short and the stakes are high, and I want to focus on a pattern of her claiming to be a progressive Democrat while taking positions that are too often more closely aligned with the other side of the aisle, and on a record that I worry makes her a real longshot if she’s our nominee." Drip, Drip, Drip, Drip, Drip . . . Pagliano had previously refused to testify based on his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. After the immunity deal was announced, Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., demanded that Pagliano testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee and Senate Homeland Security Committee, respectively, writing that there was "no longer reasonable cause" to believe his testimony could result in prosecution. The response from Pagliano's attorney, which was dated March 11, argued otherwise, stating that "whatever agreement Mr. Pagliano may have reached with the Justice Department in no way constitutes a waiver of his Fifth Amendment rights." Pagliano established the private server in Clinton's home in Chappaqua, N.Y., in 2009, unbeknownst to any of his superiors at the State Department. Clinton, in turned, granted him a political appointment at the department, an usual arrangement for an information technology aide.

Transcripts of former Secretary of State Clinton reveal her lying to various heads of state about Benghazi: Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton wrote , “There are two scandals here. The second is the State Department’s cover-up of these documents. The State Department is forcing Judicial Watch to play ‘whack-a-mole’ with Clinton and Benghazi documents. It is no wonder that two frustrated federal court judges granted Judicial Watch discovery into the Clinton FOIA issues.” Under court order, the State Department released 11 documents in response to the Judicial Watch request with large blocks of information redacted.
Morality in the Democratic Presidential Debate of April 14, 2016 by Shelley Pineo-Jensen, Ph.D. In last night’s debate, Bernie Sanders again demonstrated his basic decency and goodness in contrast to Hillary Clinton, who exposed that at the core of her being, she lacks of humanity and character. The first example was Clinton’s willingness to use the victims of Sandy Hook to magnify a claimed difference between herself and Sanders over gun control. Clinton’s argument was a logistically flawed plea to emotions – that victims should be able to sue gun manufacturers and sellers when the use of their product causes mayhem. There was no claim that the products worked incorrectly or were defective – the products, in fact, worked exactly as intended. Do we sue the people who bring us bacon and cheese for our heart attacks? Do we sue car manufacturers and sellers when someone intentionally runs over a pedestrian? The suggestion that the Sandy Hook victims will find justice in a courtroom by suing gun manufacturers shows utter contempt for these tragic souls, and Clinton shows us that she is a heartless manipulator for doing so. In the second case, Clinton spoke at length about the right of Israel to protect itself from terrorist attacks while avoiding mentioning the moral responsibility to support the right of Palestinians to a decent life. She appeared to conflated poverty stricken victims of a violent struggle with the armed militants who bring misery to both Israel and the Palestinians. By the time she first used the word “Palestinian” in her response, her time was up. Eventually, she got around to claiming to be their advocate, but her position was clear; the Palestinians’ right to exist is a minor concern compared to the right of Israel to exist. They are not equally human. Clinton likes to present herself as willing to make the hard choices but in her calculus the concerns of those with the least power and privilege do not rise to the same level of concern as those she considers important. Sandy Hook victims were handy tools to sand blast a political opponent and Palestinians were conflated scapegoats. Bernie Sanders, on the other hand, brings dignity and humanity to his reckoning, offering us a president who exercises good judgment and moral reasoning as the base of decisions upon which depend justice and injustice.

Something that requires reflection to fully grasp: Mervyn Marcanowrote this: Yes, President Bill Clinton. This movement unapologetically fights for drug dealers. Our brothers & sisters. Our mothers & fathers. Our cousins and friends. Us, too. Those you would cast off as murderous gangsters. The superpredators. They were thrown away into prisons meant to strip them of their dignity as you pandered to the fears of white working-class voters. You told them they would be safer and a bit more free, distracting them from their own poverty. You even sold some of us that same story. We lost a generation. If they came back, they came back broken. And we still haven't figured out how to make them whole when they come home. So they keep going back. You, however, gained another term. Your friends got rich off the sweet chattel of prison labor and cell occupancy rate increases. When the dust of your efforts began to settle, more white voters decided they wanted our neighborhoods. They wanted our homes. They followed you into the Harlems of our cities. And more of your banker friends got richer--- this time, by packaging our legacies as luxury condos and lofts. Our renaissance for your renewal. Yes, Bill. We fight for our kin. Because we believe in the power of redemption and restoration. We have witnessed it with our own eyes, much to your chagrin. Because we know the ills of crushing poverty. Because we are the children of social programs that punish need, all the while masquerading as the laces of those ever-elusive boots we are to pull ourselves up with. No saxophone in Harlem can erase this truth. Since Arkansas you have mastered the art of dismantling the social safety net with the blessing of those it serves. Kudos to you, Machiavelli would be proud, but let's not play pretend now. Y'all see us now, so you belittle us from your podium. You talk down to us at your private fundraisers. We remember that rageful twinge in your eye from 2008, too. When you just didn't understand why the Blacks weren't listening. We're listening now. In fact, all we've done is repeat what you and Hillaryhave said. #samegame#differentcampaign I don't know what happens in November. But know this. We are your superpredators. An Op-ed by an Independent about Why He Won't Vote for Hillary OR Donald As for me, as an independent, who do I plan on voting for president? I can’t tell you who I will vote for, I can only tell you who I will not vote for. I will not vote for Trump or Clinton. And I believe plenty of independents, as well as the previously mentioned majority of Sanders supporters, have ruled out The Donald and Hillary, as I have. Distrust in the nomination process will cause low voter turnout on the Democratic side, and the excitement of Trump among Republicans will give him the presidency. I need a bumper sticker that reads: “Support Hillary Clinton if you want a Donald Trump presidency.”
Buying of the President 2016: Clinton has been a trailblazer: Three cash-flush super PACs, stacked with Clinton allies, exist almost exclusively to strengthen Clinton’s presidential effort. A fourth super PAC, American Bridge 21st Century, aides Democratic candidates in general with opposition research — and was praised by Clinton at its outset.

Hillary Clinton’s email scandal is one of the most important, yet undiscussed issues of the 2016 election. How can that be a case of retroactive, over-classification? The Inspector General took on this attack directly in a released memo. “These emails were not retroactively classified by the State Department; rather these emails contained classified information when they were generated and, according to IC classification officials, that information remains classified today. 1) Tone it down? “In an interview with CNN’s Kate Bolduan, Clinton campaign strategist Joel Benenson asserted that Clinton’s refusal to accept Sanders’ challenge in the state she calls home was due to the “tone” of the Sanders campaign.” (U.S. Uncut 3/28/16) “On Twitter, the hashtag #ToneDownForWhat (which plays off the name of the ubiquitous Lil Jon party anthem “Turn Down for What“) took the former Secretary of State to task for her campaign’s official response to Sen. Sanders’ debate challenge.” (U.S. Uncut 3/29/16) Ms. Monsanto is like someone's mom: "Don't talk to me with that tone, young man" Or what? Taking the car keys? Critique of Bernie's "tone" from the most tone-deaf campaign in modern times? I think I’ll stay “where the boys are” ‘cuz I’d rather #berninhell than support the oligarchy with my vote.
2) Gendered Income Inequality inside the Oligarchy? Barbara Streisand tweeted on March 28: “What’s the issue about Secretary @HillaryClinton getting $225k a speech when Pres Bush 41/43 got $1m/Trump $1.25. OK for men but not women?” This proxy attempt to frame the former first lady as the victim of income inequality is bizarre. Babs might as well take out a billboard in Times Square that proclaims, “I’m a member of the oligarchy!” Boy am I tired of being told that I am not a good feminist if I don’t unilaterally vote for the woman who is running for president, regardless of disagreements I might have with her policy stands, say fracking and the death penalty. If we wymyn have to vote with/by/for our lady parts - we should have voted for Sarah Palin when we had the chance. Who knew?
3) A Manufactured Crisis? There a new push by Clintonistas to take over twitter with a new hashtag: #manufacturedcrisis. The tweets I’ve seen so far include one that disrespects the young woman who challenged Ms. Monsanto at a fund raiser. The young #blacklivesmatter advocate paid $500 to attend and then unfurled a sign about “bring them to heel” and made comments about “super-predators” before she was removed. Trying to reframe this as a manufactured crisis seems like a waste of time. That ship has sailed. This foray into twitter is ill-advised. They are attempting to change the minds of the unpersuadable. They should go back to what they do best – cheating in elections. Go manipulate people in homes for the developmentally challenged and seniors into voting early and then suppress the votes of the young and the poor who can’t wait in 3 hour lines to vote. Here is a #manufacturedcrisis for you – the 2008 financial meltdown that cost millions of Americans their homes and retirement savings was a crisis manufactured by the oligarchy. They have looted our economy with impunity since the Clinton years made things easier for them, but those days will soon be over. The revolution has begun.
Drip, Drip Federal prosecutors investigating the possible mishandling of classified materials on Hillary Clinton’s private email server have begun the process of setting up formal interviews with some of her longtime and closest aides, according to two people familiar with the probe, an indication that the inquiry is moving into its final phases. Those interviews and the final review of the case, however, could still take many weeks, all but guaranteeing that the investigation will continue to dog Clinton’s presidential campaign through most, if not all, of the remaining presidential primaries. No dates have been set for questioning the advisors, but a federal prosecutor in recent weeks has called their lawyers to alert them that he would soon be doing so, the sources said. Prosecutors also are expected to seek an interview with Clinton herself, though the timing remains unclear. (March 27, 2016)
Drip The FBI submitted a classified declaration to a federal court judge late Friday explaining details about the bureau's "pending investigation" into the use of a private email server by Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton. The declaration addresses why the FBI can't publicly release any records about its probe in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by VICE News. In a separate public declaration, David Hardy, the chief of the FBI's FOIA office, said there are a number of documents exchanged between the FBI and the State Department relating to the FBI's ongoing investigation of Clinton's use of a private email server, which stored all of the official government emails Clinton sent and received during her tenure as Secretary of State. But the FBI, which consulted with attorneys within its Office of General Counsel "who are providing legal support to the pending investigation," cannot divulge any of them without "adversely affecting" the integrity of its investigation. Some of the documents at issue concern "server equipment and related devices obtained from former Secretary Clinton," Hardy said. The documents "consist of memoranda from the FBI to the Department of State regarding evidence. The purpose of these communications with the Department of State was to solicit assistance in furtherance of the FBI's investigation." (March 26, 2016)
“She says problem is hrc does not know how to use a computer to do email — only bb,” Lukens wrote, referring to the BlackBerry. ~ ROFL She was circumventing FOIA. This is a crime. When asked to produce her records for a FOIA request, she deleted 30K emails. This is also a crime. Her pay-for-play using the Clinton Foundation as a slush fund and her State Department power as the prize - this is a CRIME! I am a life-long Democrat - not some Republican pan-hater. Ms. Monsanto is a disgrace to the nation, a traitor of the worse sort. The fact that main stream media is not covering this story is proof positive that they are tools of the transnational corporations. And guess who led the push that allowed for the consolidation of our fourth estate into control by 6 transnational corporations? Bill Clinton! Evidence of Pay-for-Play "New emails provide a fuller look into the former secretary of state’s advocacy for Boeing. The company helped her reach a major foreign-policy goal, gave over $1 million to the Clinton Foundation and sponsored speeches that paid former President Clinton six-figure sums" from The Seattle Times (3/21/16).
Raising Billions in Pay-for-Play Access and Perhaps a Night in the Lincoln Bedroom A Washington Post investigation reveals how Bill and Hillary Clinton have methodically cultivated donors over 40 years, from Little Rock to Washington and then across the globe. Their fundraising methods have created a new blueprint for politicians and their donors. Nov. 19, 2015 "The Clintons’ steady cultivation of financial benefactors — many of whom had interests before the government — has led to charges of conflicts of interest and impropriety, such as Bill Clinton’s end-of-term presidential pardons sought by donors. Among them was fugitive financier Marc Rich, whose wife, Denise, gave heavily to Democratic causes, including $450,000 for the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock." Read the rest at:
Flip-flopping on "sniper fire" “I remember landing under sniper fire,” Clinton said during a George Washington University campaign event on March 17, 2008. “There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.” Clinton added that the feeling in the White House at the time of her visit was “if a place was too small, too poor, or too dangerous, the president couldn’t go, so send the First Lady.”
Using weasel words while flip-flopping on the TPP "As of today, I am not in favor of what I have learned about it," she told Judy Woodruff of PBS adding, "I don’t believe it’s going to meet the high bar I have set."
I searched the Wikileaks data base of Clinton emails for "Goldman" and found this near the top . . . How smoking do you need your smoking gun? "DOS" is Department of State; "CGI" is Clinton Global Initiative/Clinton Foundation.
